在组件制造过程中,太阳能电池阵列被嵌入塑料薄膜片中,主要是醋酸乙烯酯( EVA ),并被封装在前侧的玻璃板和后侧的耐候塑料背板之间,通常由聚氟乙烯( PVF )制成。

或者,对于一些特殊的应用,后侧也可以由玻璃板组成。然后将完整的夹层在150℃左右的温度下在层压机中进行高压烘烤。这里的关键点是将整个模块均匀快速地加热和加压,以在EVA箔内达到理想的交联程度,以实现稳定、长期的模块功能。

During module manufacturing, solar cell arrays are embedded in plastic film sheets, mainly ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA), and encased between a glass plate on the front side and a weather-resistant plastic back sheet on the rear, usually made of polyvinyl fluoride (PVF).
Alternatively, for some special applications the rear side may also consist of a glass plate. The complete sandwich is then baked in a laminator under high pressure at a temperature of around 150°C. The crucial point here is to heat and press the entire module uniformly and rapidly to reach an ideal cross-linking degree within the EVA foil for stable, long-term module function.
